How does it work?
The Wash Club is a monthly subscription service. Once you have registered securely online or onsite, your vehicle will be recognised upon entry. Registered vehicles may wash as many times as they like each month. One vehicle is eligible per membership.

Do you charge more for larger vehicles?
No. Large SUVs and even vans are covered in the price.

What is the difference between a Basic wash and an Ultimate Wash
A Basic wash includes:
✓ Wheel clean
✓ Free vacuum
✓ Tri-colour conditioner

In addition to the above, an Ultimate wash includes:
+ Tyre shine + Lava bath
+ Shine wax + Protectant wax

Is the Wash Club really unlimited?
Yes. Come and wash your registered vehicle as much as you like. We are open 7 days a week.

How am I billed?
Wash Club fees are automatically billed to your credit card each month in advance and monthly thereafter until such time the agreement is terminated by you or by Washed.

What if I am going on holiday or need to hold my membership?
We understand the need for flexibility and convenience so that's why this service is contract free. Before your next billing cycle you may cancel or place a hold your subscription by emailing us at least 5 business days in advance at info@washedcar.com.au. Part-month refunds cannot be provided so in the event you choose to cancel or hold, you will have access to your membership up to the end of your last billing cycle.

How can I cancel my membership?
Wash Club is month-to-month and there are no contractual commitments or cancellation charges. In the event you would like to cancel your membership from the following month onwards, simply visit our Customer Support Centre here for a full list of FAQs.
Having a towel on hand is always a good idea. The microfiber WashedWaffle is the ideal way to get a perfect finish after washing.
WashedWaffles are available to purchase for $5 each from our friendly staff and are free for wash club members.
Every car is a little different so our wash attendants know your preferences, like an extra pre-detail on your wheels, for a perfectly clean car, every time. Another great reason to try our subscription service.
